What are vitamins good for?

As I always forget which vitamin is good for what, I decided to note them here:

Vitamin A: Affective for the skin problems. Also delays senectitude

Vitamin B:

B1, also named as tiyamin, has antioxidant affects. Affective on the ageing of body.
B2 affects especially skin, hair and nails.
B3 is one of the most important vitamin for a healthy skin
B5 elicits energy for the body. It also is important for the generation of antibody.
B6 is important for the immune system
B12 is important for the nervous system

Vitamin C: Protective for skin and important on the healthy outlook.

Vitamin D: Strengthens immune system

Vitamin E:
Very important vitamin for healthy hair and skin. It has an antioxidant affect that protects cells. It helps anti-ageing.
